We do not make tools for multiple trades and try to force them into linework. Every product is designed around real field conditions, real crews, and the problems linemen run into every day.

OUR STORY
MADI started with Ralph Stinson, a lineman with a 45-year career in the utility industry. Ralph spent years in the field as a lineman and crew supervisor. He saw what worked, what slowed crews down, and what needed to be better.
In 2011, he helped launch MADI with one of the company's first tools, the Deviner — built to help linemen remove vines with a tool made for that specific job.

MADI was built to serve linemen. That commitment does not stop with the tools we make. We believe in standing with the line community on and off the job — supporting families of linemen hurt in the line of duty and partnering with organizations that care for line families when they need help most.

MADI is family-owned and operated. Today, the company is led by Ralph Stinson's son-in-law, and multiple generations of family remain involved in the business. We are not trying to be everything to every trade. We are focused on linemen.
